Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions:

Prep the Chicken:
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to help the skin get crispy. Place them in a large bowl. -
Season:
Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken. Sprinkle the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the thighs. Toss everything together until the chicken is well-coated. -
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. -
Cook the Chicken:
Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
Air fry for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is crispy and golden, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). -
Rest & Serve:
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
