Ingredients:
-
4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon paprika
-
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
-
1/2 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
Instructions:
-
Prep the Pork Chops:
Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl or on a plate. -
Season:
Drizzle olive oil over the chops. In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this seasoning mix evenly over both sides of each chop. -
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Set your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) and preheat for 3 minutes. -
Air Fry:
Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Internal temp should reach 63°C (145°F). -
Rest and Serve:
Let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. This locks in the juices for maximum succulence!
