🍴 Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients:

650g sirloin steak, cubed

1 tsp sweet paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp onion powder

Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)

Low-calorie cooking spray

2 tsp minced garlic

2 tbsp salted butter, melted

1½ tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Instructions:

Season: In a bowl, combine steak with paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and chili flakes. Toss to coat.

Spray: Lightly mist with low-calorie spray and toss again.

Preheat: Heat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.

Cook: Air fry steak in a single layer for 6 minutes, flipping halfway.

Sauce Base: Remove steak and grill plate. Keep juices in basket.

Flavour Boost: Add steak back in with garlic, melted butter, and parsley. Toss and cook 1–2 more minutes.

Serve: Garnish with extra parsley, season to taste, and enjoy!
